This was so helpful. Thank u. I was feeling a certain way and I wasn't even sure what it was but I didn't like this. As I did this practice I realized it was stress. By the time the video was over the stress already lessened. It discovered something else too. I just need to meditate more or need more sleep. Just knowing that is a weight off my chest.

I absolutely love ur teachings sunny. U have some of the best meditations I've ever heard. Please keep up the good work I'm so thankful for u

FYI For anyone struggling with releasing emotions still, this man nails it at 0:28
Dissolve emotional identification.

You struggle because you still think it’s YOU, your identity that’s feeling that feeling and having to observe it.

But NO. You are an observer by spiritual nature. Remember that. The observer sees everything neutrally. So if you still struggle you’re identifying as the emotion triggering YOU and you’re not acting like the aware observer saying “ha there’s Mr Emotion again. Look what he’s up to now”

This also applies to the mind by the way. You’re going to want to unidentified with the mind. It’s helpful to know the characteristics of the body and mind as this will help you become aware of when those two are triggered allowing you to observe further.

I am doing this in meditation. However, what struck me is what you said about fully experience the feelings with no judgement. I my case I consider feelings as thoughts but I might subtely being suppressing them....
