This is a 5 minute guided mediation to help you identify and sit with your feelings. Sitting with our feelings, and trying not to judge them or run from them, is how we process them and move forward 💙
Some of my clients have requested more meditations, so i'm trying one out for YouTube! I have done small mediations and personalized recordings and reminders for clients to help calm them and get them through hard times, so now i'm going to try to put some of that on YouTube.
