This was incredible. I could really feel the energy in my heart. I need to practise self love and this meditation although is not specficially for that it still helps you feel that energy enter and surround your heart for when you need that extra bit of love and its bringing me to tears typing this. I did actually do a meditation class a couple of weeks ago and it was the first time I cried as I need to let go of every negative energy inside my body 🥰 worth it these meditations so thank you
