1. remove the handles you brought.
2. flip the bench normal.
3. turn your brain on

Just use the equipment like it was intended to be used. Idk why people think they can outsmart hard work and consistency. There is no secret silver bullet exercise haha.

Don't know if Sean reads fan comments at all. But I just wanna say I really apreciate your strong preaching of stick to the basics its all you need style of lifting. It has done wonders for my growth. I still have some personal odd ball exercises that I like personally but I feel everyone does. But by simplifying my work outs, it's really done wonders

Ibeen training for sevral years now, and i understand how some one can get bombarded with exervises and not now what to do, my recommendation is if it feels good keep doing it, if it hurts or you feel no results then dont do them

Peck Deck Fly has one of the greatest contraction You can get while it still has decent range of motion. This v bar press seems like s crap movement. People just like nuanses, They look for all these secrets for gsins. Sadly there is no secret. Just hard work, consistency and using brain properly. These short vids of Sean are great man, love it❤❤
