I eat egg whites regular eggs oatmeal, Lean turkey chicken not fried, jasmine rice, broccoli and yams..all are my staple food source...54yr

Hey Gary great video. What do you think about Egglands best eggs...just the regular ones. They tout that they are healthy and I like them and also like that they come in an 18 pack. I don’t think that they’re cage free or free range though. What’s your opinion on them?

Just take 15mg of boron. 33% increase of testosterone!!! Take with saw palmetto. Veggies green and cauliflower. Good stuff on grass fed beef and organic eggs.

A bit of info for you..
Not everyone can eat regular potatoes (reds, whites, russets, yellows). They are from the Night shade family and have a natural chemical in them that cause inflamation, especially in people that are blood type O. 1 bite & my joints ache for 4 days. It means the difference between having to wear my knee braces or not, even for a day hike.

This is where sweet potatoes & yams (Morning glory family..no inflammation chemical ) really shine and are the better choice. It's huge for me.

Pom pomegranate juice is not pure. It’s from consontate. Stay far away from that juice.
