Turmeric and cinnamon are two things I really don't get in my diet. Especially cinnamon, what one earth are you supposed to do with it to get a reasonable dose without buying it in supplement form? And how many curries do you have to make to get turmeric?
I can't taste anything anymore so I might as well live on curry! Good video 😀

Listen deeply to your body. Must get BACK into our bodies which our consumeristic capitalistic culture took from us. Our body seeks balance. “Diets” even excellent programs like Paleo etc will be important on the journey to health. Our pharmaceutical and food industrial complex is mostly toxic. You will need to stop listening to the money and go towards common sense organic Whole Foods. Do your research and be easy on your mind and soul. EXERCISE. Keep moving! Sedentary lifestyle is defined as sitting 5 or more hours. Stand, get up, walk, stretch, yoga, cardio, weights everyday move, move, move. Take so called advice (including mine) in moderation and pay deep attention to what feels really true. Respect yourself. Love yourself. Deeply. Forget the opinions and attitudes of your friends and family unless you implicitly trust their good judgments as wholly supportive. You deserve to be healthy. For health is the foundation for all else.

This may all be true however, if you are following the blood type diet, many of these foods will not be recommended for certain blood types.

You my be rich people eat foods whatever you want but the people are not getting good water for drinking and something to to eat don't show off
