Thank you for this. Everyone is so obsessed with losing weight that even when I search about weight gain I get so much stuff actually for losing weight. I have had medical issues this past year that took my slight frame to drastically underweight. I have no appetite now and with my ADHD gaining weight is difficult. It's hard for me to remember that I need to be eating 24/7. I also have food restrictions which makes it even more difficult. I'd like to start some resistance training, but I really need to up my calories consistently before adding too much in. Is there a stomach stretching surgery?! 😂 Kidding not kidding. All the appetite stimulant prescriptions seem to have bad side effects, so I think I might be better off using cannabis medically.

Idk, my family and friends constantly telling me that I eat too much for a human being, I tend to think in my case it’s mostly genetics or stuff

I ate 4000 cal every single day for three months and I stayed the same bodyweight which is 129 pounds. and I tracked it through my fitness pal so yes hard gainers do exist actually do your research on BMR and genetics

I'm going to get back on ny peanut butter drinks. I dont gain with 3000cal consumed because i seem to burning up to 4400cal according to fitbit. I exercise as little as possible, gonna try for less still. Just 5min 4x/wk of resistance training. Now dig in to my comment and make me bigger.
