Hi mam, I started this series of yoga. It's really really superb. I am feeling great. Please put all the yoga asanas and Surya namaskar in one vedio full of 2hrs so that we can follow 1 vedio every day without searching any other. Please consider this as my request. Thanks a ton

Shammi, Your explanation doesn't emphasize the breathwork to accompany these poses. The best results are obtained when one does the poses with alternate breath in (purak), breath out (rechak) and breath holds (kumbhaks). Please add those. It's important to stress that Yoga is not just physical exercise, it's as much mental one too.

i wrote before.i want to do the live soorya namaskar once a month.when is the next one?i had knee problems.i feel i am expert on these now.one main thing for older people to realise is that keeping them warm enough for comfort is not enough.they must be protected from draft while sleeping as well as while exercising.also younger people use sms for a warm up.older people must warm up first before this with stretching and mobilisation motions.now i have use of swimming pool back since covid is not so bad now and can use low impact machines for strenthening legs at gym.
it can be hard for all ages if they are heavy and want to lose weight as most calisthentics and namaskars are hard on knees if knees must lift much.it can seem like a catch 22.this is especially true if you need to eat more to build up muscles to do the exercises.but i managed and im 68.so i think everyone can, persevere!

I can gaurantee that you may not lose weight by doing this without diet but your body will be fit and flexible. People who want to lose weight with fit and flexibilty have to follow diet.

mam the ashvasanchalan pose the left leg initially is parallel to floor, i have seen sometimes they keep knees on floor which one is correct??

Hi shimmi, your postures are good !
I was taught that we must exhale and be void of breathing in Ashtang surya namaskar posture - which is very uncomfortable.
In your video you have said that we maintain the posture with normal breathing- can you explain why?
