I lived in Hamburg Germany back in 87-89, and absolutely loved breakfast there. Cold meats, cheese, pickles, or poached eggs and croissant with cold meat on
Yes I had sugar in my coffee, but always felt good for the day.

My son and I have been following your method since past May. Never felt better. In all honesty I’m a Spaniard so I only did some small adjustments to my usual diet. But 2 of them made a huge difference: apple cider vinegar and savory breakfast. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have 4 ounces of full fat yogurt after each meal and feel so satisfied. Not stuffed or bloated, just satisfied. And knowing I’m getting that extra amount of protein is awesome.

I agree 👍 whenever I have sweet food or coffee with honey, it makes me feel bloated uncomfortably for hours. I said to myself one day I can't have nothing sweet in the morning and my life was happier😊
