I just realized how much I miss going to the gym, and that it's not quite the same working out at home. This is a great set of exercises. The outdoor surroundings here are simply amazing and add to the enjoyment. The only thing I missed is perhaps how heavy the dumbbells should be for the best effect for growth of muscle volume or for strength. Very pro made and wonderful looking video as always, dear friend. Dumbbell shrugs are new to me. The lift looks easy but it has its obvious benefits. I have some light dumbbells at home and will add some into my exercise routine. Easiest way is to follow along your video. Thanks for the motivation 😊💪
