I had severe anterior pelvic tilt most of my life from gaming as a kid. Got a slight structural kyphosis and mad anterior pelvic tilt that makes me look pregnant at times despite being low bodyfat. I tried everything, hip flexor stretches, hamstring stretches. Nothing. The only thing that has helped are front squats to help stabilise my upper back (my rounded upper back causing my lordosis) but more importantly romanian deadlifts where the bar doesnt touch the floor strengthened my erectors far more than deadlifts, giving me better ability to stop slouching
