When I went to HR, I found it to be a very pleasant experience, actually. I found out that I was valued and they wanted to keep me as an employee. They were very supportive and nice to me. It was truly a great experience. I think your case has to be legitimate and you have to go in there prepared with documentation of harassment incidences. LOL, the awkward part is when they launch their investigation while you are still an employee there!
I survived it, I still work for them, but I switched schools. I thought under the circumstances that I could have just had a lateral transfer. However I had to interview for my new position, which is where I am now. This is in the past, but I did have a great going to HR experience. Although that is not in my plans for ever happening again in the future!!!!😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
