In this weeks breathwork session we will be doing 4 rounds of breathing with advanced breath holds. Enjoy the sounds of nature that I recorded here in Bali, Indonesia.

Breath Retentions:
ROUND 1 - 1:30
ROUND 2- 2:00
ROUND 3- 2:00
ROUND 4 -2:30

Regular practice of breathwork can bring real change to your life Including boosted immune system, lowered stress and inflammation, better focus, more energy and the list goes on. I do it because I feel amazing after each breathwork session and feeling good is important to me. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. So if you want the full experience, wear headphones and be in a quiet comfortable place !

All music, guided voice and video editing is done by me. I thoroughly enjoy creating this content for you all and hope that is can bring improvement into your life. Whether that be more self love, kindness, less stress and anxiety, lowered inflammation, more energy etc whatever it brings, remember to say thank you to yourself for taking the time do improve your life.

Dear Sandy, I just want to let You know: with my little 8 yr old boy we keep breathing. He sais to me: come, Mommy, let's breath with Sandy. We did this advanced version. Obviously he is not able, but he recognizes and comments his improvement. This is so formative for him. So, "HERE" and "NOW" I thank You. ❤️

I keep coming back to this one - often scooting around YouTube looking for a new challenge. I can do this - some days it's easy, others not so but I keep up a consistency with my practice. I do my breathwork while using my red light therapy panel and always feel like I have paid clear attention to mind and body. Excellent presentation - so many people could benefit from these simple tools.

Been breathing with this video almost every day. From my garden in Ubud 😊 i never really got into Wim hoff before even though i searched and tried. But with this one, clear and no frills, perfect video. Or just does and i get to really clear states at the end. Thank you

I used to do this a few years ago and it helped me get out of a pretty deep depression. Haven't done it since and tried it out again today but man, I really need to practice this to get back into it
