upper chest has been my focus lately. i felt lazy and skipped two work outs this week. and they were planche lean and back lever 🤦🏻 fak im so good at messing up

- pike pushup - extra depth
- planche lean - 10 to 20 s
- back lever raise - rings or bar

I'm at a loss for building my upper chest. I tried pike pushups and somehow, while I was very sore, all the soreness was in lower-mid chest.

How much of your chest was developed using just calisthenics? Have you mixed in weights too?

How do you feel about bulgarian dips for upper chest hypertrophy? Would you say that it's upper chest dominant? Everything I've read on the exercise tells me it's way underutilized to really know.
