Everyome always said to me "why are you sleeping so early" or "why do you sleep sooo much". Finally, someone talks about this. For me, 7-8 hours of sleep makes me feel so tired. I need 9-10 hours to feel relaxed and productive.

notes for myself to apply:
1) wake up at an optimal time
>waking up a few minutes before sunlight is ideal for me because it feels so peaceful hearing the world waking up the birds chirping etc but that also means i get to go to bed early to get enough sleep
2)set a seperate alarm clock
> i already do this but wşth my ipad instead, it doesnt have any social media apps and connection to the internet before i turn on the tv so i can wake up
3) get sunlight
> after lunch go for a 15 min walk around
4) PHONE USAGE ahh
> focus apps
> turn it off while working
5) get into your peak productivity window asap
>yeah this hits me close to home becausw no matter how motivated and ready to focus i feel when i wake up if i dont get things done asap and let all the outside noise get in my brain i have a really low chance to focus and work
> sit down and focus for 90 mins right after breakfast before consuming any content

It feels illegal being this early but its the perfect timing! Im done with my exams and its summer break but i now im trying to set up a healthy routine to live my free days to theirs fullest! And we all know that the morning is what sets the tone of the day, thanks for the inspring content Jun :)

This video was actually very helpful to me. I always sleep until noon, and then I feel exhausted, and I don't have the strength to do anything... I always work at night, because it makes it easier for me to concentrate, but now I realize that I can't live with such a schedule. Thank you for the helpful tips that I will try to implement in my life to become more productive!

For me, i figured out something that worked really well to set my mind optimal as soon as the day begins.
As a studen, it is to read my biology lessons. In biology you'll find the most perfect reasoning of all classes (in my opinion). What i do is i read those lessons full of causality relations and correlations early in the morning, and i can swear there's no such a feeling to be able to think properly, to reason as much as this. I think it helps identifying concepts and how they're related to each others, whether it is like i said causality or not.
In fact, i noticed that in these days, i had:
-more confidence (i didn't only look strong, i was strong)
-more ability to focus (after that everything seems so easy)
-more sociability (i'm such an awkward guy with no confidence except when i do so)

Overall it's really uplifting to make progress in a path that you chose. Not only it boosts your productivity by giving u confidence but it also gets you to appreciate life more, as you won't worry for things you don't wanna think of, you'll just jump in and solve those problems as soon as you see them.

Remains one problem for me, HOW TF DO I WAKE UP MORE TIRED THAN WHEN I GO TO BED?!? I have that kind of issue along with severe fatigue attacks the whole day...
If anyone can help me i'd su-, ehm i mean i'd appreciate it ♥️
