Before the Qurantine I was not even able to do a split or a backbend 😭

But now I got my backbend, teardrop backbend, chest stand, front walkover, back walkover, split, leg hold

I couldn’t even go down into a Backbend from standing before watching Anna. Now I follow her stretching routines every day and have gotten my tear drop Backbend, my Needle, my chest stand, front and back walkover and so many more tricks within a few months!

I really love Anna's channel more than anyone's one as she teaches us the most effective way to get an acro pose. Before watching your videos, i was as stiff as a rock.
