*Give atleast 30 minutes to yourself before going out.
*Open your curtains and get sunlight.
*Scheduling your day.
*Make ur bed.
*Change out of ur pj's
*Move your body+water.

i love getting ready in the morning even tho i'm not going out. it just gives me a motivation boost and makes me feel that i'm ready to deal with the day. personally this is my most favourite part of my morning routine.

Good evening from South Africa, it’s a pleasure sharing your morning with you. I can say waking up at a consistent time really did help my body get used to waking up for work. I got my first job 3 months ago and I can say I’m waking up automatically to do my morning work routine. ❤❤❤😊

Thank you for sharing this video with us and all of this I think one of the most helpful parts to me was the idea of being active throughout the day to help us at night, and I think it even applies to digestion too!! Like if you're sedentary most of the day, your food isn't getting digested as well or maybe takes longer, etc.!!! I also really liked the idea of cleaning mirrors as a chore idea to get moving since that is something so easy to forget but fairly easy to do!!! Also I love your background, it was such great lighting and you looked so active and ready to go!!!! 💗💗💗💗💗💗

My dog loves sleeping in more than anyone I know, so making my bed is an impossible task until she gets up lol (she's 7 btw) 😅🤣🖤
