2. Mutual inconsideration: lack of kindness thoughtfulness, and empathy for the other person. You no longer honor each other.


3. Conflict mismanagement: avoid conflict, dismiss it, or magnify conflict . The way you approach conflict is what creates the atmosphere of disunity..
