Here’s my take: 5 weeks of excruciating pain, 2 visits to 2 Chiros, and then I tried Caroline’s moves. No immediate relief, but the next morning, I felt a bit better so I did the flow again, next morning, a bit better. 4 days after doing this flow, and I’m now pain free. Do exactly what she says, go SLOW, use a heating pad every morning when you wake up. But like she says, everybody is different so this may not work for you. I feel for you if it doesn’t work, but it is worth trying.

I’ve suffered with hamstring, glute and sciatic nerve problems for years. I have times where I do okay and then I have time of severe pain. I’m stubborn and have not sought medical advice. I enjoy hiking hills, walking, biking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. I definitely suffer when I overdo any of these exercises, again, I’m stubborn. Just started doing a few of Caroline’s workouts and can feel improvement and less pain. I feel my body is getting stronger. Love Caroline’s positive attitude and educational advice she shares.

I'm 64 and last Thursday I had to do physical therapy training for my new job. Lifting 50lb weights in a milk crate 7 times at chest level then other things 3 days later I'm in so much pain and no way to calm it down and I tried everything. Then by accident I found your video. I followed your instructions and even though it still hurts badly I really believe this is going to work. I'll keep you posted

After month of suffering with seeing chiro in beginning with no improvement, did these exercises with heat before and cold after within a week I was much much better to being almost healed. I can’t thank you enough!! I did 2x day faithfully.

Today is day 9...I found your video just trying to get rid of this horrible pain all the way down my right leg...I have been doing this video since day 3 I do it 2x a day has helped me tremendously..This will be my new daily routine for life..I never want this pain again so if I can prevent it I'm going to try...Thanks so much🤗

Pain been on 10 for the past 3 days. I have the so called rare version of sciatica that runs down thru both legs and into both feet. Can barely make it to the bathroom. But thanks to you and this video I have a lot more mobility, still some pain, but it dropped from 10-4 after doing these exercises. Now I can bend over and pick stuff up again. Thank you! 💪

OK I have to say this. I’m new to the channel and when I see “instant relief” in any video title I immediately think it’s going to be a load of crap. I did each step as instructed and as soon as the video was over i have been completely baffled at how much better I feel. I’m going to be doing these stretches a lot because the relief is crazy to me.

My problem began with lower back pain when I put my back out. The sciatica arrived three weeks later. Months of chiropractor and 4 visits to physiotherapist. Physio much better for ne personally. 10 Months into this constant pain am and evening I found your video. These exercises do help it's early days but I'm hoping with sticking to these ill improve daily. Thanks. A

OMG, I was sceptical, but that was wonderful and relaxing. I actually felt instant relief, and my sciatic nerve pain had been severe. I had to have a nerve blocker/cortisone L5 injection yesterday, as was crippled by the pain. I still have some pinching still, so this was fantastic.

I stopped doing my sciatica exercise for a long period of time and I only continued walking. Now today my nerve pain started up all over again from the bottom of my foot and up to my leg I searched on YouTube and I’m very happy with your exercise It’s very easy and simple It works great for me Thank you!

Thanks so much. I tried this at 4am in the morning after being awake and in alot of pain. I was asleep after 10 mins and feel alot better. I have repeated this 3 times today and plan to do it before bed this evening.
