Bowel movements :
1. Get the Squatty Potty.
2. When consuming fiber, do so with plenty of water. Otherwise, if you consume fiber only without water, you're doing the opposite and you will constipate.
3. Eat super food Chia Seeds daily. 1 tablespoon for regularity. Build up to it. Start with 1/2 teaspoon

This is very bad advice that its normal to have a bowl movement every three days. If you eat plant based only which is best for the gut you will have 3 per day.

They are showing the globe artichoke which is wrong, the vegetable that has the most prebiotics is the Jerusalem choke also called sunchoke, full of inulin .
