Love these short, effective workouts for toning and strength. I’m 65. Can do some back to back. I also walk 25-30 miles a week.

Did this one at 7 am. On the weekends I don’t do a lot of exercise but this one was short, yet effective. Thank you, and I’m back at my normal 430a time Monday. Sundays are rest days 😊
