You are so gifted and generous with these meditations! Many thanks. Your meditation on grief has helped me so much. My husband died three months ago and I will always carry some grief, but now I want to focus on equanimity, peace, and even joy, to make the most of what remains of my life. I thought it was interesting that you started with awareness outside and above the head...since I thought the focus was to be in the body. But those few moments outside the body were relaxing (kind of like when I used to do yoga nidra for 30 to 60 minutes every afternoon but would fall asleep, resulting in just a nap instead of awareness and then interfering with my sleep at night!) and then allowed more access to dive into the body..almost like a reset.

I thank you infinitly for this incredibly powerful meditation.
Its now part of my daily practices allong with Sadhguru's Kriya yoga and Wim Hoff method.
I feel ecstatic, like i was when i begun Shambhavi mahamudra 3 years ago.
Especially the part when you ask us to put our attention aboie out head.
I suppose its kind of Kundalini yoga practice and it has to do with the crown chakra.
Your channel is a goldmine.
