1. Keep a diverse, colorful plate.
2. Stop white sugar and refined carbohydrates.
3. Eat real food: a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, wholegrains, legumes and lean protein.
4. Eat resistant starch from green bananas, potatoes, almonds, pistachios, yoghurt and other probiotic foods, etc.
5. Avoid artificial sweeteners.
6. Mushrooms.
7. Breastfeed for 6 months at least.
8. Dark chocolate.
9. Green/matcha tea.
10. Triphala.
11. Ginger, onion.
