Ive preached this since I started lifting for gaining size.focus more on eating in either lean bulk or enough/ alot of healthy food to support growth, and consistency, and wayyyy less on trying to reinvent the wheel, doing all diff exercises, and crazy workouts, and you can literally go to the top on a barbell, dumbbells, and maybe a pulldown machine or pullups, it's literally that simple, look at Ronnie Coleman he trained in a shtbox gym and focused on training hard and consistent on almost all barbell and dumbbell exercises.and built/had one of the craziest physiques ever
