Connect With Jack:

After uploading a few videos on YouTube, various TV shows reached out and licensed several of his videos. Eventually, Dick Clark Productions and First Television asked him to produce and star in the all new TV show "Bloopers" in 2012. He has been a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Dr Oz, George Lopez Tonight, Fox and Friends, and others.

In 2014, Jack won the streamy award for best prank channel on YouTube. This was the first year for the "Prank Channel" category. As pranks started to become mean-spirited and staged, Jack remained committed to providing clean, funny, authentic prank videos where the focus was not on "pushing the envelope", but rather on the "comedy" of the bits.

In 2015, HLN premiered a new reality show all about Jack and his family's business of pranking. The show did very well for the network and received an early pick-up for a second season.

Jack Vale has established himself as one of YouTube's most accomplished original content creators and an established TV and Film producer. Currently he is filming new prank videos for his online audience and also producing and writing for multiple TV shows and films. Across all platforms, he has 5 Million followers and his videos have been viewed more than 10 Billion times. He is married, has 5 kids and his entire family lives in Tennessee, near Nashville.

Brilliant idea Jack! I've always wondered this too and it's crazy to see how ridiculous these employees are!

I once purchased a tripod from Best Buy only to discover it was missing several screws designed to hold it together. When I brought it to the customer service desk the next day and explained the issue, I was told they could not take it back because it was missing parts...

I once called in to see if my local hardware store had any hoses. They told me that they would put me on hold and check. They forgot to put me on hold and I heard the dude I was talking to telling his 'intern' at the store that you must wait 45 seconds minimum to make it look like they actually looked. Boy did I give it to them after that.

Thats horrible.  I wish people would take more pride in their job. At least go check, it is the most simple job to do.

This makes me really mad because when I used to work in target I always went way out of my way for customers, and seeing other people just being lazy makes us all look bad. Yes, we're always really busy, but no excuses; do your job.

You should do a longer version of this in more stores these people should be fired.

Well I have a story about the opposite. How about bad costumers? There is this old lady who gives everyone a hard time in the store when nothing is done her way. Im a customer assistant/cart person and every time this lady comes she wants you to get her stuff for her. Which we can't do. She always flips out or drives away. The rumor is she has came to the store for the last 25 years doing this. Most of the time leaving in disgust. Why does she keep coming back????

Worst customer service experience was when I worked at a DOLLAR STORE in New York. This man comes in with a yogurt already eaten and says it's bad. These yogurts are 2 for a $1.00 and this guy kept screaming and yelling. I told him I'll give him another but he kept alarming the other customers. I ended up calling the police officer. For the 20 minutes I waited for the police, he kept complaining to the customers and yelled at the officer once he came in. Finally I told the police I'm willing to give him 2 new yogurts. The cop liked that and eventually told the guy to get his free yogurt and leave the store or he'll arrest him. The guy left with free yogurt.

worst customer service I've ever had was when i still lived in Greece. Me and my mom were practically the only foreigners in the store and the clerk immediately assumed we were tourists. He started talking to his colleague right in front of us in greek how foreigners were ruining the country and that he was thinking of throwing us out, oblivious to the fact that we could understand him.
fun times...

When I was young, (9 years old i think), my dad used to make me call gamestop to see if they had games in stock. Being a 9 year old, my voice was as squeaky as a mouses voice. I remember the customer support ppl even calling me "mam" on 1 call. Anyways, when i'd call and be like "do y'all have halo in stock?" they'd say "sorry we don't." then my dad would get on the phone later and say "Do y'all have halo in stock?" and they'd say "Yes sir we do!".

Moral of the story is, hit puberty early guys!

Wow, I worked retail for years and I can't believe this. I relished when customers asked me to find something for them. I took it as a personal challenge to find it. Not only that but it got me out of work like stocking or whatever. Plus that's basically what you are being paid to do. Bunch of slackers

Can't even blame them. Dude's barely meeting minimum wage with no health benfits for a company raking in billions annually in profits. I'd do the same if I worked at Walmart and wouldn't even be ashamed to admit it. Want better service? Go to Costco where they actually pay their employees enough to give a shit.

as a walmart employee myself i see this a lot with my fellow co workers mainly the younger ones and I'm always like if you don't want to help the customer why are you even here?? go home lol

When I was about 14 (I'm 26 now) I called Target looking for the Tony Hawk video game. Lady answers and tell her what I need, she puts me on hold for 20 minutes. I wanted this game so bad so I was going to wait. So when the 20 minutes later the same lady picks up and says what were you looking for again? So I tell her again and then she immediately says yeah we don't have that and promptly hangs up! Mom stops on the way home and picks up that exact video game from the exact store I called. Fail!

These big corporations should learn something. If you pay people crap wages, and treat them like crap, the theory of equalization comes in to play. Your employees will "give you what you deserve" in that they will give poor customer service, not care about there jobs, allow customers to steal, steal themselves and never flush the toilets.
