Watch: Starbucks customer confronts employee for stealing credit card info

A woman figures out a Starbucks employee stole her credit card information and then confronts her at the drive thru. CBSN's Contessa Brewer has footage of the tense interaction.

Update: The woman who’s credit card was stolen chose not to press charges on her because she felt the online shaming was enough of a punishment. She was fired from her job at Starbucks, though.

That initial gentle "What's wrong?" is so ridiculously infuriating. She really couldn't fathom someone would eventually catch her, to the point that her guard was completely down while staring right at the person she stole from.

in an interview she said she was given a description of person who used the card, here she tells the thief she is on video using the card and the thief confesses straight away, very smart
