This business went under for defrauding customers and were forced to pay hundreds of thousands out by court order. They no longer have a business

As of 2017, they're out of business, shut down by the town of Westport due to multiple complaints. According to the town administrator, “[It's my] opinion that the town of Westport wouldn’t be well served by allowing F&R to continue to operate in the community.”
