Cleveland, Ohio Training Video - Poor Customer Service Satire

Cleveland Video Production company, Cinecraft Productions, produced this award-winning behavior modification video to help demonstrate to retail associates what NOT to do when helping customers.

I had an employee in an Ace hardware walk me to where something was and because she was new she was approached and scolded for it, right in front of me. She eyes teared up a little. A month later I found her working in a Mom 'n Pop Christmas tree lot that was a nursery the rest of the year and appreciated for her attentiveness to customers.

The lady on the phone, omg, I lived close by to a race track, I would walk there often, and there was this lady, who was either always on her phone or company phone and gave attitude as well. So yes, I’ve experienced that before.

This is very much what my local gaming shop is like, the owner doesn't have a clue what is going on in his own shop if he hasn't "been in" and has delegated entire product ranges to specific employees, so much so, that if that employee isn't in the rest have no idea about that area of the shop that was delegated to them.. The business has been around less than a year and interest is waning so badly at this point Im sure it won't last another, and I won't be spending any more of my money there either. He should really watch this video.

I hate these type of employees, but anyways this video is funny. An example of my situation, if I were there and receive this type of treatment, then instead of getting mad at the fight, I will laugh at them, they are funny.
