I hear people say the same thing over and over that testosterone decreases with age. Well I’m 46 my total testosterone level is 930. My free testosterone is 35 so I guess I beat the odds.

I'm 64 I eat plenty of protein, sauerkraut, diced tomatoes greens, protein powder. I'm still building strength and gaining strength size. And L-Arginine- vasodilator.

I went vegan for a few years. My eventually adopted a high soy diet. My testosterone level went in the dumps. My libido died. I didn’t even realize that soy was the issue until I started a new relationship. Since I wasn’t active for a while, it didn’t bother me. After I cut soy out, it all came back. All the studies saying soy didn’t affect testosterone levels were convincing. But real life practice proved otherwise

Regarding Bread - Look more into milling your own grains. I have been getting awesome gains and I eat bread I make myself straight from the grain. I mill the grain and bake the bread in the same day. I don't use flour from the store. You get 40 more minerals and nutrient than the crap from the store. It's a health food. Oh, and I'm in my 40's.

Learnt a lot from this video, was taking a tablespoon of flaxseed every day with my protein shake, I’ll swap that out for Brazil nuts instead!

What about cornflakes (dry cereal), white boiled/steamed rice, and Oatmeal (porridge oats) ? Do these impact negatively on testosterone? Thanks !

I'm doing good on this list except alcohol, which I already knew wasn't the best thing to consume. Thankfully I only have a sip once or twice a week and never to the point of getting drunk.

Be interesting to see the differences between the different alcohols. Wine vs. beer vs. bourbon/scotch. I have friends that drink copious amounts of beer (hops) and as they have gotten older (late 50's, very early 60's) they have developed nice racks. My bourbon drinking buds are not as pronounced. I remember reading something about red wine actually lightly increasing T (of course in moderation). Just
