I usually drink 1-2 cups of coffee or caffinated drinks a day. I lift weights 3-4 times a week. I've been going to the gym consistently for a year now and I've experienced an increase of testosterone, or at least I think so. I have more energy, sleep better, and I get more frequent and harder errections. I will never be fat again.

In other words. Don't eat a lot of sugar, or drink a lot of alcohol. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a day. Become active. Don't sit around most of the day. Eat fatty fishy foods. Like your girls box. And exercise. Watch a lot of prawn and beat off regularly 😁😁😁
