Low testosterone doesn’t just affect how much muscle and strength you can build. It can also have a huge impact on everyday activities and mindset. From chronically low energy and mood swings to poor heart health and tanked libido.

If not addressed, low testosterone can become a nightmare.

If you suspect you have low T and suffer from some of the more common symptoms such as reduced sex drive, reduced erectile function, loss of body hair, muscle loss, low energy, weight gain, or have symptoms of depression, it would be wise to get your levels checked out by a medical professional.

That said, before you resort to testosterone injections or dangerous medications, I recommend addressing the low hanging fruit. Small changes than can make the biggest difference in your testosterone levels.

That’s why in this video, I want to share the 10 worst testosterone killers you must avoid, so that you can finally get your hormones back in order naturally.

The fact that nobody talks about the book Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution, speaks volumes about how people are stuck in life.

I've recently turned 40 last month. I had extra pounds, bad sleeping habits and some stress, and I didn't exercise a lot. This year I started walking and running to shed some fat, started eating more proteins and vegetables and less refined carbs, and lost 7 kgs (15 lbs) in 4 months. Then I started going to the gym, introduced some fruits to my diet, and right now I feel better, more focused, and sometimes with more energy to do more things. I still have to improve my sleeping habits and reduce stress levels, but it's a start.

I'm 47, been lifting for 3-4 months (after waiting for 3.5 years for hernia surgery)
I walk daily.
My diet has improved dramatically, less to no crap, more fruit, whole foods, sort of on a farm food diet.
I don't drink alcohol unless special/social occasion, but not a great deal as it ruins my sleep, energy levels, really gets me out of sorts.
My libido is off the charts, way higher than in my 20's.
I feel strong, I lift anything I see that requires lifting (without risking injury), as for four years I could not lift a fat cat.
Now just have to get my sleep pattern squared away and I'll be a happy camper.
This channel, Jeremy Ethier, Renaissance Periodization, PictureFit, James Smith, and a few more have really been beneficial.

awesome, being an older man i cut some of these out just by pure chance and noticed a difference in life. Now just have to limit the high stress work environment and get better sleep.

yes, before resorting to trt, best to make sure all these factors have been addressed

Alcohol is the big one here. If you cut alcohol, your fat will fall and your sleep will improve. This is 3 of the scenarios listed in the video.

Sleep patterns:
4 years ago I was sleeping at 4-7am, and waking up at 2-4pm and gaming all night.

I started rolling my sleep time back an hour each month.
When I began setting 7am (and then 6:30am alarms in mid 2023) I really got into it and opened up a whole new part of the day.
I'm aiming for the 5am club. Wish my luck king's 👊

7:10 minoxidil is not dht blocker so, if you are using minoxidil only especially foam form you are safe. if I am wrong please correct, i just started minoxidil and did a various researches in the last couple weeks. minoxidil just widens blood wessels on your scalp to get more blood flow to your scalp and keeps ur hair healthier for longer time. it has nothing to do with DHT or any hormones. What I also realised on my research on forums and youtube, alot of people, youtubers, so called youtube doctors confuse minoxidil with finasteride. finasteride on the other hand, totally different, a dht blocker. more effective way to reduce balding but as mentioned here, side effects are pretty scary (does not worth in my opinion). If you are balding, try minoxidil topical forms, if that doesnt work go under hair transplant surgery (according to what I read even after surgery most doctors give finasteride and minoxidil). maybem netion your doctor that you do not want to use any dht blockers, jsut get surgery and minoxidil and ask for what else you can use.

If your diet is clean enough, you won't need deodorant OR soap often. After I changed my diet, I no longer use deodorant, and only need to use soap/shampoo once a week. I know it sounds nasty but I've checked with enough people to know that I'm not stinking up the place or looking dirty.

Dr. Bronners or Kirk's Castille are great alternatives to the estrogenic soaps to address #10. Don't use Dial, Dove or Irish Spring, etc.
