Who's Cameron Day?

Holistic health coach helping men to optimize health, naturally 2x testosterone levels, and feel 10-20 years younger, without TRT or any drugs.

On this channel you can expect extreme honesty. I know what works and what doesn’t, and I'm not afraid to say it, even when it goes against the popular narratives around diet, supplements, exercise, TRT, etc.

I personally went from rock-bottom testosterone, bad health and being very overweight to extremely high natural testosterone levels, great health and being very fit, and I help my clients to do the same.

I take a completely natural, holistic approach to hormonal optimization, including teaching my clients how to rejuvenate their testicles to optimize their testosterone production (something nobody else has).

Work with me and you’ll learn which supplements to take and which ones to avoid, how to fix low libido, improve your sex life, sky rocket your energy, and increase your drive in life.

I like my organic oats shake and I'm lactos intolerant and there's no organic non lactose milk where I live. And do you think tempeh is better since it is fermented soy ? Thanks
