Bob and Brad demonstrate how to do a pushup when you are too weak.

Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob.

Great advice guys! Left the gym 15 years ago started training in garage doing multiple STYLES of PUSH UPS got in shape at 51 years old!!!

Recurring wrist issues prevent standard push-ups. My old knees keep me off the floor. 😉 So, I stick with the push off from the walls. Works decently, better than doing nothing. 🤷‍♀️

I am glad BOB is still making videos, I been watching them for years. I FEEL LIKE I KNOW THEM. All I can say is Bob “MUCHAS BENDICIONES” and keep making those videos because 4.5 million people are waiting to see them GRACIAS BOB.

I do kitchen counter pushups while I wait for water to boil or eggs to cook. It really makes a difference!

I'd used to do similar exercises a few months ago and then one day out of the blue I succeeded to do one. Was so happy and started telling my closest friends. Now I can do 8-14. Tbh I do pushups like once a week but if I were to do them more often I'd be able to do 20+ in 2 months

Number five (shoulder blade push-ups) was a breakthrough for me! It's an incredibly useful exercise and I've never seen it anywhere else. As an overweight (but already losing weight) individual, I didn't think I would get to the full push-up level in two months. Thanks for the help!

On my local walking pathway there is an area setup with exercise equipment. I tried to chin the bar, but failed miserably.
I think the bar may have been faulty.

It only takes persistence. I started out at -0-.!

I now do 15, 2 sets each after 3 months. They are the “old man”push-ups for those guys over 75 (me!) this push up is the kneeling variant w/ good form. The key is to try every day, w/o fail! It will work, just keep at it. I started a general workout hitting all areas w/ a band workout ( your bands!) ten months ago. Keep up your good work, I suspect you know how effective you are, by now!

I used to do sets of fifty just a year ago. Chemo and radiation took all my muscles. Rebuilding from scratch with pushups.
