This meditation today gave me some deeper insights into my mind and thinking and sensations. My mind used to desire peace of mind but now I find that my mind will settle for relaxation. Now I know HOW to settle my mind. And even to find peace of mind. This "journey" I could not have made without your help. love? ADB, MD
