Very good video, straight to the point and very good quality. Only comment I have is why are the torque settings missing? Otherwise 09/10

Greetings. Nice to the point; do you have spares for overseas?

Hey, is your shop in Germany? If yes, would you be up for a k20 swap in a astra g? And what would be the cost of something like that. Thanks.

What mount is this? I was told by an inspector I need to get my front lower motor mount changed on my 2008 Saturn Astra, but I’m having a hard to finding the part. I have no ideas what it looks like.

How is that "drive socket No. E20"??? It is nowhere near that? Or have I missed something?

Change the ribbed V belt as you have already removed the engine mount. It will save you from a lot of hassle later.

On my Astra G i do this today, but i was able to pull out whole air box closed, not first upper half, then bottom half. So it can be done with pulling out whole assembled air box. After changing this mount and the mount that holds the gearbox(other side of the engine), filled with Novol Gravit 630 on the "empty" spaces in the mount, this engine become "calm", no big fluctiuation after shittung of or starting the engine, no big fluctuations, when you start and wait for "rpm" to get calm on 800 rpm (Diesel Y20DTH, PSG5). In other words, this car was "another one". Old mounts were like somebody was "cut" the rubber at the one side of the mount. Looks like the material is "worned out" and becomes "soft" after more than 10 years, in my case i`m changing them on the 17-th year. This means that "manufacture fitted" ones are very very good and durable. NIce! Hope this will help others to make their (especially 2.0 GM DIesel) engines calm again. Everyone must realize that those factory fitted mounts are not "forever ones". Excellent tuts, keep up the good work guys.

Did I just watch him jack up the engine by the sump without spreading the load?
