I came to your video after performing this procedure. Engine cover can stay on the engine. Those 2 bolts are left alone. Then I removed the mount for the cold side AC line. and the Electrical ground next to it. This allows the AC line to flex with that rubber portion of the line. I then only need to remove the 3 mount bolts at 48 ft lbs. and then the Center bolt at 77 ft lbs. And the other torque vibration isolator bolts are both 103 ft lbs. You do not need to remove the bracket holding the mounts. I would rather not mess with the cast aluminum bracket bolts to hold that to the engine. Just another method and only needed to touch the bolts holding the mounts. Plus 1 ground, and 1 bracket bolt for the AC line. Your way works as well. Lastly double check that torque. FSM I read said 103 ft lbs on the torque vibration isolator above that Engine mount. Also torque order for the Engine mount is the single bolt in the rear, then the bolt on the wheel side, followed by the bolt on the engine side of the front of the mount.

I cross threaded my bolts when I did it. Thankfully, I had some super glue handy to help hold them back in place.

Should you not torque down the bolts to spec while the jack/support is still in place?
