When it comes to health of our heart then any exercise will be good which achieves all or some of following goals
.Heart pumping should improve.
.Circulation of blood in our vessels should improve
.our weight should come within normal limit
.Exercise should normalise our blood pressure
.exercise should help us maintain our blood sugar within normal ranges
Doctors recommend 3 types of exercises for an optimal health of heart
3=Stretching Exercises.These are flexibility exercises like yoga and tai chi and their main aim is to help us have relaxed and well tonned muscles and also help us maintain our balance during above 2 mentioned exercises
