Is there a book that you would recommend on stretching? Or what kind of body excercises and warm ups to do to avoid injury. I would love to buy that if there is one out.

Tragedy is weird diagnosis. And the therapist stretched me. I was sore for week. And still I'm sore and afraid to move. I probably lost because of the soreness and nothing helped.

you rock. however, you're still young with a good attitude- you'll notice some changes in another 12-15 years . at 75, good stretching every day, for balance, agility, and beyond, ,

Which one would you recommend Doc Dynamic, static or both and are 10mins sufficient?
Does the body have to warmed up first before a stretch as well?
