Had this issue since a back injury. Tight on the right side lower back, glute, hip flexor and thigh. The stress caused is ridiculous as I am not able to do martial arts any longer. I'd love to free up all those muscles and lose the pain

OK!! brilliant stretch!! I love you and in that rotated open position please bring your shoulder scapula down the back and bring that shoulder into alignment and your stretch will be even greater.
