MCPS has created a series of videos to address the stressful time we find ourselves in. The goal of this series is to deliver simple and effective tools for us all to manage our anxiety and stress that can be accessed and used at any time, on demand.

There are strategies designed for elementary and secondary students, adults and families. Each video is presented by luminaries within the district who have been leading the efforts of bringing mindfulness strategies into school settings; they will lead you through a mindfulness exercise. Some will employ physical exercise, some breathing techniques, others mental exercises- all of which are proven mindful techniques to relieve the effects of stress, worry, frustration, depression, anger, fear and restlessness.
