I have been practicing mindfulness and meditation since a few months and it has really helped me a lot in reducing my anxiety. I feel like no more depressed. The biggest change I felt is that I am able to express my thoughts and emotions clearly and also, Earlier small things used to bother me a lot, but now those things don't bother me much I just laugh it off. Another change is that earlier I use to fall asleep easily but now I don't sleep so easily. I think that's because now I feel excited for to next day.
I has really helped me in lots of ways.
