I can't afford to find a good doctor for diagnosis. But I have talked to many older gentlemen with sciatica, had strokes, and heart attacks. These simple steps are too powerful. Wish more people can get ahold of this particular video.. I learned alot about myself and my conditions with all you guys knowledge. Daily habits make who you are. When ever I sit or get free time I'm doing all these. I'm 19 and don't know much besides what's given to me but this video here just changed my life and attitude at a nick of time. Dr. Rowe you have made my day! I have been suffering with Sciatica type pain for the last several months. I’ve been for treatment with a Chiropractor and an Osteopath. I’ve been diligent with exercises they have both given me, as well as a few I saw on YouTube. None of that has given me the relief I got by doing the few exercises on this video of yours!! They were so successful I was able to mow the lawn this morning and I’ve had no pain following that effort. I’m feeling hopeful now that you have put me on the right track. I’m so grateful to you. I’ve been suffering sciatica for almost 8 months because of carrying heavy object, my sciatica is ON and OFF. Ive watched all your videos about sciatica. Then I do exercise. I hoping that someday I will be okay. Thank you for all you videos.

This video shows the importance of stretching, probably daily is recommended, for me. I got sciatiac/SI left sided leg pain sitting on a kitchen chair without a cushion while doing computer work. So painful into my left ankle. I got almost immediate relief of my symptoms while watching this video. Thanks you Dr. Rowe for your informative information!

Hi doc thanks for these exercises I have sciatica also have spondylosis c2 to c7 bulging discs in my, back by watching some of your videos I have gotten a little relief just won a say thank you and keep up the good works. THANKS In A MILLION

For the last 16 months I’ve been in serious pain. I’ve had 2 lumbar shots, 2 SI joint shots, ablation, PT, acupuncture and I’ve seen 2 neurosurgeon and a chiropractor. One surgeon says surgery and one one says no surgery. I trust the one who said no surgery. The other neurosurgeon was arrogant and I wasn’t too fond of him. Even on pain pills, nothing worked. I’m now on Percocet and celebrex which seems to help a little.

I’ve only on day 2 of your stretches and I can feel a difference. I’m not expecting a miracle but the stretches seem to help. I’ll post again in a week to let everyone reading this how things are going. I see my pain doctor next week and I hope to tell her I am having some success.

thank you thank you thank you Dr. Rowe!! i have piriformis syndrome because of my endometriosis & it really is a literal pain in the butt (& down the leg).
i'm in college & i prefer to be in the front of the class so i can hear/see my lectures better, & its easier to take notes sitting down /: my nerve has really been bugging me just in the first week back to school 😭
i'm soo thankful for you & i know i can always count on you!

Dr. Rowe so fortunate to have found your videos. Have had Sciatica for a few years from an injury doing Pilates. Tried Physical Therapy exercises for the SI Joint and eventually had relief. Then recurrence of symptoms and diagnosed with Sciatica. Now performing your Sciatica, SI Joint, and Piriformis exercises and getting real relief from symptoms. Thank you so much! Marilyn

Thank you Dr. I had lower back pain for months. Eventually the pain went away but turned into sciatic pain that is unbearable. Watching and practicing you videos I'm getting immediate relief. I will continue the regimen and hopefully cure myself completely. Thank you so much!!!

All the exercises you have posted, have been great.. it just take patients too get rid of knots and sciatica pain.. your videos have been helpful and I’m going too keep doing your stretches, because I don’t want the pain too come back and knots.. appreciate it Dr 👨‍⚕️..

I saw this video yesterday first time. Did all the exercises and walked without pain same night. Have been doing streches and stuff that has helped, but these where like magic eraser of the pain in my butt

When No meds, no cream, no hot-cold pad worked with an open mind and with little expectancy I gave this video a shot and it did this magic 😃 .. thank you doc and I do see some more video that I can use. Keep rocking it doc .

Omg. I literally could NOT stand up straight today and get out of bed to even go to the bathroom. Woke up with this unbearable pain on my left hip out of nowhere, I got so worried for not being able to move so I bumped into this video, exercised on the floor next to my bed (that’s the place I could reach!)
Suddenly I was able to stand up straight again and walk. The JOY! of pain relief made me feel like I should leave a comment and say THANK YOU! 🙌🤩
