So here is the update :- Hey everyone! I lost 2 kg on this diet by staying consistent for 7 days. It really works if you commit! Unfortunately, I got busy with exams and fell off track, but I plan to give it another go for a month. If you can stick with it, I’m sure you’ll see great results ...i will give it a try again ... And again update y'all

Being a fitness professional I can say the video is well explained and scientifically correct. We need awareness people start a healthy lifestyle and go to gym regular. If you don't have time for your health then you cannot be a responsible human being. Hats off to you Mr Dhruv Rathee.

Not in one month though. Took me about 2 months.
So far, I completely gave up on added sugar. Eating only healthy

I lost 30 Kg weight, went from 112 Kg to 82 Kg, and all the things that i did are mentioned in this video, i primarily focused on strength training because it's my fav. type of training.
