The message should be to get most your calories from fruits and eat some vegetables. These days I only take advice from Ehret book Rational Fasting and Mucussless Healing System. Salads are the broom that sweep everything out. Listening to everyone with a different message can be confusing.

I just made 3 quarts of Apple DANDELION Lemon Juice. Greens juices give me that extra spark I need to have tons of energy during the day. Greens are also very satisfying for me especially mixed with fruit.

Different things are right for different people at different times on their individual journeys. Most people don't thrive on making the leap directly to only fruit. Your own journey has been one of gradual transition. Greens are strong medicine for some as you briefly acknowledge near the middle of the video and are key ingredients in the lemon ginger blast that you promote!. As you know, develpoing our intuition and therefore agency about what is best for us each as individuals should be encouraged not this one size fits all approach.. It is disappointing that you don't acknowledge this very important point.

As a near carnivore, I approve your message! I ate a half head of broccoli raw, about 10 years ago, and threw up. But I do well with raw sprouts, and grow them myself. I appreciate your dedication to veganism, as you are being thoughtful of your food intake, where most of us here in the U.S. consume food (mostly garbage), thoughtlessly.

hmm… I have a 64 ounce KALE smoothie with one whole pineapple and a cup of flaxseeds almost every day unless I’m water fasting- nothing has helped my chronic diseases until I included that. Rest of the day is all fruit. I hate having disagreements with you, friend. 😢

You can also get omega 3 from juicing raw Brussel sprouts. Brussel sprouts are very high in omega-3 and they are a non-fat option for people who have trouble with fat.

I think that Shane is on the right track. But it is interesting call even the top level raw vegan influencers can disagree: just as an example, John Kohler is against the 40 day juice fast. Also, he advocates eating 2 lb of greens per day.

So how do you incorporate chia & flax seeds into your diet - can’t just eat them - they need grinding, soaking - & then, like greens, disguised, gussied up. & worrying about Omega 3s, what about those fruitarians who have been so for decades saying they don’t worry about supplements, hardly have any nuts? Now you’re telling us we’ve gotta think/worry about Omega 3s?

Eat whatever works best for you. One size doesn’t fit all. Same goes for your nutrition. Allergies are denominators so abide accordingly.
