In this video, I want to talk about how to eat vegetables if you don’t like them. If you’re one of those people that just don’t like to eat vegetables, how can you get more in your diet?

You may not know this, but I am one of those people who doesn’t like vegetables—and yet I consume a lot of them.

So why don’t people like vegetables?
1. They are time-consuming to prepare.
2. They don’t taste that great.
3. They don’t give you a lot of pleasure.
4. They require a lot of chewing.

Despite these things, you have to consume vegetables for their:
• Raw enzymes
• Vitamins
• Minerals
• Fiber
• And other nutrients

You have to consume vegetables if you want to fix liver damage, lose weight, and get healthy. At least half of which need to be raw vegetables. This may require a mindset change from eating only for pleasure to eating for your health or long-term pleasure.

One of the best ways to eat vegetables if you don’t like them is to drink them. I like to create a healthy drink and pack in a ton of vegetables. Here’s how:
1. Take a blender and fill it halfway with water
2. Take 7-8 cups of frozen kale and blend it in the water
3. Take fruit (if you’re not trying to lose weight), flavored stevia, or instance kale shake (available on my online store) and blend it with the kale
4. Enjoy

I’ve been whirring my vegetables for about 20 years. I load up the blender with all kinds of raw fruits and veggies and I do it pretty much every day. We go through an incredible amount of fruits and vegetables and we almost always consume them this way. I’m 60 and weigh about the same as I did in high school.

The fact that you admitted you don't like vegetables, I don't feel so bad. I find them so boring I'd rather not eat at all. However, like you...I still eat them, but it's a chore. I'd live on pasta if I could. All Italian food is my favorite. Thanks for this video. It's encouraged me.

Dr. Berg as always is keeping it real. It's great he admits that he isn't crazy about veggies, like the rest of us.

We can shoot a car into space... Why can't someone make a salad that tastes like ice cream?

I actually love prepping vegetable. I normally prep them in one sitting, so that they would last 3-4 days. I will blast my favourite songs while doing it, have no care of the world. Then, keep them in couple of air tight tupperware, and put them in the fridge. I found this very therapeutic. :)

One of your best inspirations. I now blend a lot of nutritional greens, my supplements, and oils as my fast=breaker, around noon or later. I then eat the protein part and other veg later. I actually love my vegetables in a drink. I sometimes save some for my second meal. Huge difference. You don't need to sweeten it: let's get over our sweet addiction for at least one part of the day.

You really don't need stevia or other flavoured powders to make a kale shake palatable. Just add a small bunch of parsley - it takes away the bitterness and makes a very  clean tasting kale smoothie. Better still, add a bit of lemon and avocado in there and enjoy!

I personally don't like vegetables, it takes time to prepare as well as time to chew the whole thing up and it does not taste so delicious, But i eat it because it's healthy and good for my body. And i like the way Dr Eric Berg honestly did his intro at the beginning of this video, he does not like vegetables and he stated his reasons, but he eats it anyway because it's healthy and good for his body.

Because there are lots of YouTubers who made videos about Kale salad and other types of salad, they normally put up a "Fake show" and smile and laugh and tell viewers how they love kale salad and can't live without it and how it taste so good. I don't know who they trying to impress.

Mom: son, are you eating enough vegetables?
Me: No, I drink enough vegetables

You are 100% correct. I have Lupus and when I cheat or not eat vegetables I get really sick. I mainly stick to veges, fruit, non-gluten foods and water and I feel great. I was forced to change my diet to avoid being chronically ill.

Thank you Dr. Berg. A light bulb just went up in my head. Instead of carry around a huge bowl of salad for lunch I would rather blend it to consume it faster without adding dressing and just have apples and carrots instead.
