i love that you are using so many natural ingredients. i am also on weight watchers and find it hard to find good recipes that are not made with lots of processed stuff, specialty processed stuff, and over packaged stuff. as someone who also cares about trying to keep my waste low and compostable as much as possible, i really appreciate the yummy and the eco conscious combined!!! awesome job--thank you!

I watched your video and 20 minutes later I was in my kitchen at 11pm making the almond flour biscuits!! They are so delicious and you can't even tell that it wasn't made with regular flour. Thanks for posting this fabulous recipe!!

The biscuit is definitely a keeper! Made them yesterday and I was amazed at the tenderness and flavour. When I make another batch next week, I'll do a sweet version. I found that one was enough to go with my home made chicken salad.


I was in heaven when I took my first bite.

Going through your old videos to revisit low carb recipes. We recently discovered that our teen daughter has PCOS and low carb is a great way to regulate some of the negatives brought on by the condition. Please make more! I love them because they’re not just low carb they’re balanced and healthy without globs of cheese involved. 💚

Thank you soo much! Those breakfast biscuits look amazing! It's a good breakfast option for keto. I love being on keto but the breakfast selections are soo limited. I'm so tired of eating eggs, Turkey bacon and avacado everyday lol.

Wow!!!! Thank you! As soon as I saw you making them I went to the kitchen and I happened to have all the ingredients so I made them. Immediately after they cooled a little I tried one. I can tell you, that I’ll be making this recipe every week now. Really good!!!!

I’ve made biscuits with almond flour a few times. We really like them a lot! If you brush them with melted garlic butter they are fantastic!!!

I love all three of these recipes. Tried the western mini frittatas today. They turned out super amazing and yummy and by the time I got to my phone to take a pic, more than half had been devoured. Next Sunday I’ll be marking the egg pizza recipe and I might just bake the almond biscuits later today. Thanks for these simple recipes

The first recipe is a frittata. I make those regularly because it’s insanely delicious, in fact unbelievably delicious... And I do see them as egg pizzas. But I found that I get the same results on top of the stove with a lid without a vent hole in it. I set the flame real low and depending on what I put in it, I set my timer from 10 to 15 minutes. So it’s not really necessary to bake the breakfast pizza.

Now that last recipe with the flat biscuits I got to try ASAP! Cuz the one thing I really miss on my keto diet is my old breakfast sandwiches. Yum! And it looks so easy the way you did it!

Just made a breakfast sandwich this morning, first time cooking with almond flour. We really liked it! Easy to make, fast and tasty! Definitely will be making it again.

I took the biscuit recipe and brushed some melted butter on the tops about three minutes before the finish, and put the broiler on them for one extra minute at the end. It made them extremely crispy.
