This is so delicious and can easily be veganized! I put coconut cream instead of heavy cream, vanilla Vegan Pure Organic Proteins and Greens powder instead of non-vegan protein powder, no peanut butter powder, and it turned out yummy. Perfect for summer, though, not winter as it's cold.

This is an amazingly well thought out recipe! I love the idea of it being low carb/keto yet I could imagine all the decadence involved! Based on your measurements I'm averaging about 21-23 grams of protein. My Vitamix had been stored away since I've been doing Keto, as I only knew about protein fruit smoothies. This is a wonderful recipe to start blending again! Thank You so much, I had to subscribe.

Joe dont say that heavy cream has zero carbs cause it doesn't. U have a huge potential on youtube so be honest.
