I was there today… it was awful. After jumping into the pool he was bleeding everywhere, he proceeded to drag himself to the center basin and slowly went over head first. It’s a miracle he is alive.

Poor young man sounds as though he has a connection to those awful events, i hope he can get some help and find peace

how are you gonna put him in jail for this ? its a mental illness all he needs is help. putting him in jail is not gonna fix anything, at most he’ll just come out the same person and with the experience of being in jail will for sure 100% make it worse. there’s a valid explanation for why he shouldn’t even go to jail man

Clearly something is wrong & jail will not fix it.

"An alarming situation at the World Trade Centre Memorial" is a sentence I hope to not wake up to again.

His father is still alive. His brother told news that this guy and his family has no direct connection to those who lost their lives on 9/11 .... this guy just has metal issues

The guy looked older than 33! Maybe he lost his father in the attacks 😢 heartbreaking.

I know we don’t know the whole story but what if he lost his father on 9/11, if he is 33 he would’ve only been 11 when he died, there was probably no funeral to go to either, heartbreaking.

Unfortunately i grew up with him since he was 3. He was a great kid that got sick. I feel so bad.

Imagine being a officer from that very day in 2001, and you stayed on the force, only to be dispatched to the same location 23 years later…..

His name is Esteban Manuel he was taken to Beth Israel Hospital not related to any victims of 9-11 . I work for Beth Israel Maintenance Supervisor.

Dude most likely tried ending himself and they're really thinking about charging him WTF now that proof of how fucked this world is

Yes because the best way to help people doing this stuff is to criminally charge them 🙄

Although I like ridiculing losers who trespass and pull the entitlement card, I feel awfully bad for this guy, I can tell that he was going through something very difficult, my heart goes out to him and his family.
