Does anyone else find it ironic that they built a memorial for 911 that you can easily fall to your death?

Tbh I'm surprised this only happened once considering all the nuts in New York City.

I am surprised that they didnt design a built in automatic cleaning feature into it. A skimmer that would sweep the surface for floating debris. Which could reduce the need for continous human powered cleaning .

Came to see a man fall into a deep pool walked having learned how much of a pain in the ass it is to clean the pool instead. Glorious YouTube content creator quality at it again.

Yeah, whoever designed these things didn't really think it through. Having to manually clean it out every night is very high maintenance.

I'm a construction worker. In 2005, I fell 33'. Broke my back, pelvis and fractured my foot. This guy is lucky. I'm perfectly fine today because God Is Great!!!

Far out that is a weird story.
Those pools are massive. I stayed at the Marriot on greenwich st back in 2019. you could watch the team of dudes doing the clean up on the pools each night. They were there for hours.

They will arrest a idiot for trespassing yet thugs rob people on the street and shoplifting stores are ignored 😂😂😂 what a dump with dump mentality laws 🙄

2:25. Each floor of the Twin Towers was an acre of floor space. So the fact the pools are smaller would definitely add up to being just under an acre in size.

When you are at the pools, the do not seem very big. I was suprised but then found out later they weren't the real size of the towers. It's actually very chilling and somber to be there. It was so quit and that went for everyone around it. It does look like a far fall if anyone fell from the top, it would be very scary.

definitely love your tower vids, hope it doesn't get de-monitized.

"they have to clean it every night."

how idiotic. Why didn't they make an automated cleaning system?

they should just make them pools, ponds so beautiful ducks and geese can come and bring life and serenity to visitors, rather than these big morbid drains... i loved the idea of them, but theyre too big and scary and have a darkness

What gets me is people throwing debris into the pools, I'm betting its not from people who were born here.
