In this video I'm sharing the BEST long-term solution for sciatica. There are many tips and exercises for sciatica nerve pain relief that only work for a short while, but they never really solve the problem in a long-run, so the pain always comes back, and becomes chronic pain.

Sciatica is a common condition that causes pain, numbness, and tingling in the lower back, hips, and legs. It can be caused by a herniated disk, spinal stenosis, or other conditions that put pressure on the sciatic nerve.

If you're suffering from sciatica and don't want to undergo surgery, this video is for you. I know how frustrating and debilitating sciatica can be, but there are non-surgical options that can help you find relief. Watch this video and start your journey to a pain-free life.

The same thing happened to me, in terms of the pain coming the following day. I was outside somewhere, I walked down 3 steps, and missed the last one, and fell on the left knee, my body twisted around. I Wasn't hurt, and didn't feel no pain. The Following day, I woke up with excruciating pain in right buttocks, thigh, calf, numbness in foot. I did my own research, found out it was piriformis, & sciatia nerve. This was 5 weeks ago. I watched YouTube exercises videos for the syndrome, eat more healthy, did more walking. Was getting better, then 2 weeks ago, a piriformis spasm occurred and buttocks pain came back, even worse. Still have it. Just had acupuncture, will take more. The pain reminds me of pregnant labour pain, but at least when a baby comes, the pain goes away. Ours is long, and don't know when the pain will
Thanks for your genuinness.

I've long said that the best thing I've gotten from yoga is learning to be aware of what I'm doing with my body, and how my body is responding.

My 4th time dealing with sciatica in 4 years, 53yo with very physical job. Great advice, listen to your body. I have been given lots of generic/bad instruction trusting the experts. I believe the core is the real solution, I'm still learning. I focused on my breathing while watching this video and could feel improvement already. You just joined the list of people I trust, thanks.

I've had many hours of education built into my treatment using feldenkrais as a modality. This approach is similar. It's a lifetime of habituation that can not be changed by quick fix. Body awareness and rehabituating.

Thank you! This video should be what everyone watches! It is so complex. I’m a contortionist and ballet dancer and have struggled with SI joint /piraformis syndrome and have friends with Sciatica from various causes and it’s really a long learning process to manage it.

I have spinal stenosis and in last few months sciatica. Walking sitting and standing are all painful. Can only stand for about 30 seconds without needing support. Having to rest in bed too much. Also have hip pain on the same side. Very hard to find the right balance between exercise and rest. Really hoping your advice can help
